Role Purpose


Support the Corporate/ Hotel projects like New Hotel/ Corporate Opening, Hotel Conversions, Process Efficiency, System enhancements/deployments etc. and support/ facilitate preparation of Management Reports/ training. The role requires substantial collaboration across functions


Key Accountabilities


  • Create the Project workbooks and ensure delivery on all project milestones.
  • Work with cross functional teams to identify and analyse key levers impacting the process / work area communicating risk and challenges to stakeholders timely
  • Schedule meetings / conference calls and co-ordinate with the delivery teams to ensure that the action items are clearly documented and communicated for delivery as per timelines
  • Preparation of Management Reports/ Dashboards

Key Skills & Experiences


Education and Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
  • 3+ years progressive work-related experience in accounting and finance / project management

Technical Skills and Knowledge


  • Ability to get work done through collaboration with the other groups with no direct reporting relationship to position.
  • Project management experience in organizing, planning, and executing small to mid- scale projects will be preferred.
  • Self-starters who are comfortable in a project-oriented environment and in dealing with cross functional projects.
  • Good Accounting Processes knowledge

•     Relevant systems and applications understanding used in accounting function like PeopleSoft, etc. Conversant with MS 


      Office.
