As a Team Lead within the Corporate Investment Banking (CIB) Controls India – Central Controls Services (CCS) Solutions in our Finance team, you will be tasked with defining, refining, and achieving set objectives for our firm. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a diverse range of controls across various programs within the control environment. You will be ensuring adherence to firm-wide standards and policies, as well as regulatory compliance across different programs. This role requires you to partner and collaborate with various stakeholders and teams to ensure all processes are monitored and reported promptly. Your ultimate goal is to ensure all control monitoring is completed with the highest data quality. Given that this is an Oversight & Control role, a strong control mindset is a prerequisite for any candidate.
