As a Control Management Associate within our dedicated team, you will be tasked with maintaining a sustainable and disciplined end-to-end control environment for our line of business. Your role will involve identifying and escalating issues promptly, as well as collaborating with the business to ensure these issues are resolved in a timely manner. You will assist in top-down risk analysis, real-time control issue detection, escalation, root cause analysis, and remediation. Furthermore, you will be responsible for establishing governance on centralized communications, risks & controls training & best practices, and various control initiatives.
