Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries. Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.


The Siemens Digital Industries Software is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as a Contracts Lifecycle Operations Specialist. This candidate should be highly motivated to learn and grow and be a dedicated, who can work on the inbound and outbound partnership agreements and manage it throughout the contract lifecycle.


This role will be reporting to Business Operations and Technology Partnership Senior Manager and will be based out of Pune, India.


Key Responsibilities:

Contract Management & Compliance:


  • Responsible for creation and execution of technology partnership contracts ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution of all incoming agreements requests. This includes ensuring compliance with the applicable signing authority matrix; validating that proper approvals are acquired and documented; and facilitating the contract recording processes.
  • Follow established standard processes for contract and project management, ensuring consistency and adherence to company policies.

Follow up with cross functional teams to achieve timely execution of end results. Ensure maintenance of an organized contract repository and track key terms, expirations, and renewals.


Functional responsibilities include working with new and renewal contracts, management of our Adobe sign, a transition to, and management of, our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, Icertis, and maintenance and reporting of contract attributes and related data.


Process Optimization:


Support transformation initiatives related to contract lifecycle management (CLM) and automation as a functional consultant.


Record and express any process improvement or automation opportunities that you encounter. You are also encouraged to be continuously improving our ways of working, gap recognition, followed by solutioning, implementation and communication of the same to the stakeholders(s).


A successful candidate should be prepared to adapt to additional complexities as Siemens explore new way of engaging with SaaS partner ecosystem and launches new engagement models and other initiatives to continually improve the contracting process.


You’ll Spend Your Time:
  • Crafting and reviewing new and renewal technology partnership contracts for accuracy, compliance, and the attainment of all internal approvals in accordance with standards and defined contract policy.
  • Routing contracts in a timely manner, to the appropriate signing authority based on legal entity and type of contracts.

Utilizing contract workflows through Adobe sign and Icertis, consistently looking for opportunities to improve and streamline operations.


Working on additional ad-hoc projects, requests, and responsibilities that increase the speed, efficiency, and audit ability of the contracting process under the mentorship of your manager.


Qualifications and Experience needed:
  • We are looking for candidate with 3-5 years of contract administration, GTM operations, deal desk, or similar experience.

Legal/ Finance, business administration, or technology degree preferred.


  • Should be familiar with using or implementing contract administration, Particularly Icertis, Adobe sign, and SFDC.

Understand the importance of contract lifecycle management and the quote to cash process.


Experience of working in global teams and flexibility to work across time zones is a must.

Teamplayer with a deep commitment to continuous process improvement.


We are seeking for a candidate with good understanding of SaaS-related revenue recognition, commercial legal, and commercial SaaS terms.


Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and communications skills.


Hands on experience in operational transformation is a plus!
