Your Role Your Responsibilities The activities needed to deliver these objectives include:
• To manage, plan, organize, staff, + direct warehouse activities at the site.
• To achieve your key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of cost management, productivity, customer
service + profit.
• To ensure your teams deliver against their customer, site + people KPI.
• To drive all activities relating to customer on-boarding, retention + operational excellence by collaborating
at a site level.
• To drive productivity via engagement activities to create new initiatives focusing on continuous
improvement at all times, ensuring your site meets or exceeds it’s productivity targets.
• To contribute information required for tenders/proposals to support closing of new business.
• To oversee the safe operation of warehousing activities across the site, ensuring the correct skills + training
are in place + are compliant with health/safety/environment legislation + standards. Your Skills and Experiences Minimum work experience of 10 years in freight forwarding industry.
Strong experience of Stakeholder Management including Customer, Logistics Supplier, & Team.
Good Communication skills.
IT proficiency.
