You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer Excellence.
Your Role Your primary objective will be to provide an outstanding level of service by managing customer needs, completing all required tasks effectively + efficiently, ensuring that all supply chain process are seamless. Your Responsibilities You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.
• To undertake all of the activities of a Customer Service Specialist, as well as provide coordination + supervision across your team to ensure they deliver against their key performance indicators (KPI).
• To manage, plan, organize, staff, + direct customer service activities while also attending to HR issues such as absence, attendance, sick leave etc. this will include assessing workloads within your team + allocating resources adequately on a day to day basis.
Your Skills and Experiences
Any Graduate
Work experience of 5-8 years in handling customer service in contract logistics.
Strong experience of Internal and External Stakeholder Management.
Good Communication skills.
