(CONTRACT) HR Generalist Contractor, India

As an HR Generalist Coordinator, you will collaborate with the HR Team to support our global Talent Acquisition and People Operations activities.You should be highly organized, have acute attention to detail, be self-motivated, and should have experience supporting HR and Recruiting efforts. 

Contract Specifics:

This will be a full-time 6 month contract position. 

The role will work from 2-11pm to support our global teams.

The role is primarily WFH but may support in office activities with notice.

• Partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers to maintain a positive scheduling experience with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Schedule and manage virtual interviews, presentations, and supplemental meetings
• Timely replies to scheduling requests, emails, and slack correspondences
• Data entry into HRIS and ATS Systems with a focus on maintaining integrity
• Support TA and People Operations Initiatives 
• Provide calendar management support as necessary

• 1+ years of recruiting/HR coordination experience
• Experience with Greenhouse or another ATS
• Experience with UKG or another HRIS System
• Exceptional attention to detail, prioritization, speed, and accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using Gmail and Google Calendar
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities with a sense of urgency
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• A team-oriented mindset and willingness to help wherever needed

The salary range provided represents base compensation and does not include potential equity, which is available for qualifying positions.
