Min. experience - 7 to 10 years

Job description will include but not limited to the following.

• Managing contract works and tenders
• Managing the team of subordinates as guided by managers
• Preparation of BOQ items and Quantity Estimations.
• Contract variations and Contract billing.
• Monitoring the various Contractual works related to b Package.
• Preparation of progress report of site work and updation on weekly and monthly basis.
• Liaising with external agencies for various contractors for smooth flow of work.
• Preparing and reviewing documentations for regulatory approvals and contract issues.
• Attending regular multi-disciplined meetings to discuss projects with various government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders.
