Role Overview
WeareobsessedaboutdrivingmeaningfulchangeandareseekinganexperiencedBlackBeltinEnterpriseBusinessProcessImprovementtojoinourEnterpriseExcellenceteam.ThisroleisessentialtoourGlobalBusinessServices(GBS)platform,focusingonend-to-endprocesstransformationacrossIronMountain’sglobaloperations.Thisleaderwilldriveinitiativesthatenhanceefficiency,improvecustomerexperience,streamlineoperations,anddelivermeasurableresults.
AsakeymemberoftheEnterpriseExcellenceteam,youwillleadaportfolioofimprovementprojectsusingLean,SixSigma,DMAIC,Agile,andstructuredproblem-solvingmethodologies.Youreffortswilloptimizecriticalprocesses,establishbestpractices,andleverageautomation,aligningwith the strategic priorities of Iron Mountain.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Process Transformation & Standardization
Identify,standardize,andautomatehigh-impactprocessesacrossGBS,ensuringalignmentwithenterprisegoalsandcustomerexperiencestandards.Leveragebestpractices to create a cohesive, unified approach to operational excellence.
Portfolio Management & Prioritization
Developaportfolioofimprovementprojectsthatdrivetangiblecost savings,processefficiencies,andcustomersatisfaction.Establishclearcriteriaforprioritizinginitiativesbasedonbusinessvalue,securingstakeholderbuy-inforseamlessexecution.
Operational Excellence Using Lean and Six Sigma
ApplyLean,SixSigma,Agile,andothermethodologiestostreamlineend-to-endprocesses.Conductrootcauseanalysisanddeployprocesscontroltechniquestoimprove operational efficiency, quality, and compliance across global teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Engagement


CollaboratecloselywithGlobalProcessOwnerstodriveenhancementsacrosscriticalGBSfunctions,aligningprocessimprovementswithbroaderbusinessgoals.

CANDIDATE EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
7+blackbeltexperienceincludingindustrysixsigmacertificationfromanaccreditedinstitution.
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Engineering; Six Sigma Black Belt or Master BlackBelt certification is required. Advanced degree, such as an MBA, is a plus.
Finance/Economics
English language proficiency, written, verbal.

10+yearsofexperienceleadinglarge-scaleSixSigmaandLeaninitiativeswithinglobal,cross-functional environments.
Provensuccessinprocessmapping,standardization,andperformancemonitoring,particularly in high-impact business functions.
Strongexperienceindataanalytics,KPIbenchmarking,andstatisticalmodelingtosupportfact-based decision-making and insights
