Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead 
 
We are looking for a dedicated Continuous Improvement (CI) Lead to drive process improvement initiatives
and enhance operational efficiency. The CI Lead will be responsible for identifying performance gaps,
implementing solutions, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The role requires strong analytical
skills, collaboration, and a focus on driving measurable improvements across teams and processes.



What you will do  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and
implement solutions to improve efficiency
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and areas requiring improvement
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions
• Create and maintain documentation for process improvements, ensuring changes are effectively
communicated across teams
• Support teams in adopting new processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions
• Collaborate with leadership to align improvement projects with business goals
• Track and analyze data to assess the impact of improvements, preset findings and recommendations to
the leadership
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging employee involvement and innovation
• Stake Holder collaboration: Foster collaboration across departments to ensure alignment (ex:
Selection AMS and SFDC run teams), work closely with operations, quality and leadership teams to
implement changes



What we look for:


• Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage with leadership, diverse teams and
stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective 
solutions 
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and presenting insights to leadership
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and drive results 
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies (Yellow Belt certification preferred or willingness to
pursue) is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS-Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) 
• Flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and priorities 
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with teams across multiple regions



Education 
• Graduate in any field with relevant experience in process improvement or project management
• Preferred: Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Certifications: Lean Six Sigma (Yellow/Green Belt), PMP, or other relevant CI certifications
