BabyMD is the fastest growing new-age paediatric chain of clinics, with a bunch of services all under one roof. We offer holistic paediatric wellness solutions through our physical clinics & telemedicine, focusing on not just the child, but also the parents. Some of our services include consultation, vaccinations, development assessment, therapies, lactation & nutrition and many more. In just 6 months, we have started centers across 6 locations in Bangalore and are growing at a rapid pace. BabyMD is backed by elite healthcare VCs & investors like W Health Ventures & 2070 Health


Job Overview:


We’re looking for a content superstar to join our team! As the Head of Content , you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing communication strategies that effectively promote BabyMD to our target audience. Your primary focus will be on creating compelling marketing campaigns, developing engaging content, and establishing a strong brand presence to support the successful launch and promotion of our offerings.


This is a full time work from office role
Location: HSR, Bangalore
Reports to: Head of Growth


Key Responsibilities:


Communication Strategy Development -


  • Develop a comprehensive omni-channel communication strategy aligned with the portfolio company’s objectives and brand positioning
  • Identify online target audiences, and market segments to formulate key messaging that effectively addresses customer needs and pain points
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform and refine communication approaches

Content Creation and Management -


  • Liaise with digital marketing agency/internal digital marketing team and external content production agency to produce ROI-driven static, videos, and landing pages 
  • Overseeing end to end video production from script writing to shoot to the final deliverable
  • Structure, design, and oversee the content quality of marketing landing pages to ensure improved lead generation and user experience
  • Manage a team of designers & copywriters to constantly improve, enhance content to maximize campaign ROIs
  • Create content across multiple channels, supporting both online and offline marketing initiatives, as well as brand collaterals (e.g., clinic design).
  • Write and ideate engaging CLM drips campaigns tailored to nurture leads, improve retention, and drive customer engagement across the user journey.
  • Quality-check and optimize SEO-enabled blogs to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.

Brand Building and Positioning -


  • Strengthen the company's brand identity and positioning in the market through integrated communication efforts


Social Media/Organic Growth -


  • Take ownership of BabyMD's social media presence, ensuring consistent brand voice and engagement across platforms (FB, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn)
  • Drive growth on relevant metrics like follower count, engagement, reach on social platforms

Performance Tracking & Analysis -


  • Track & deliver measurable outcomes such as CTRs, Form Fill rate, Organic Business share etc.
  • Data driven decision making to execute marketing campaigns/strategies
