The position


As the Content Innovation Lead, your role is to drive innovative content strategies within the diabetes community to enhance user experience and foster engagement. You'll leverage design thinking principles and AI technologies to optimize content creation and delivery. Your primary focus is to ensure that the platform delivers valuable content to individuals with diabetes, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. This requires generating innovative ideas, facilitating design thinking practices, and using data-driven insights. As part of your responsibilities, you will be expected to: -


  • Work together with the content strategy team to devise innovative content strategies that are in line with the organization's key result areas.
  • Incorporate AI technologies into content strategies, with a focus on personalized content delivery and improving user experiences.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
  • Work closely with technology teams to implement AI-driven personalization and content optimization, and use AI technologies to tailor content for specific audience segments, maximizing user engagement and relevance.
  • Curate, create and oversee the development of educational resources for different target audiences.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of content initiatives and campaigns, utilizing key metrics such as user engagement, conversions, and user feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of the content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product development, to align content initiatives with the broader business objectives.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.

Need to have:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in content strategy, creation, and development, with a focus on innovation and audience engagement.
  • Proven track record of implementing design thinking practices for user-centric content solutions.
  • Experience with AI technologies to optimize content creation and personalization.
  • Ability to conduct data analysis using SEO and social listening tools.
  • Creation of educational resources for diverse diabetes audiences.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align content initiatives with business objectives.
  • Previous work in healthcare or diabetes-related topics desirable.
  • Proficient in CMS and digital marketing platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in multi-national and multi-functional teams.

Nice to have:


  • A good understanding of the global and India  pharmaceutical market.
  • Diabetes or other endocrine therapy area knowledge is an advantage.
