PurposeResponsible for managing and deploying content for client CMS platforms. The Content Author is responsible for hands-on data entry, formatting supplied content, uploading media, configuring widgets, publishing content, and developing a deep understanding of AKQA’s CMS systems.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Ensure the quality of work produced is of the highest standard.
- Follow designed processes and protocols.
- Manage time and daily workload efficiently, prioritizing client requirements.
- Proficient in using AEM CMS.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.
- Basic knowledge of web development protocols, including HTML and CSS.
- Provide optimal solutions for content authoring based on CMS best practices.
- Utilize basic content and design editing to enhance client content presentation.
- Manage personal utilization and ensure daily timesheets are accurately completed.
- Collaborate effectively with producers, designers, and developers.
- Meet deadlines for assigned projects and tasks.
- Proactively communicate progress with producers and project managers, including direct client interactions.
- Identify and escalate potential deadline or resourcing issues.
