The Content Analyst would be responsible for timely and accurate collection and maintenance of corporate event content from varied sources of content Information (e.g. press releases, corporate websites, etc.).  Our team delivers timely and accurate corporate event information to our customers, bridging the gap between corporate investor relations departments and institutional analysts and investors.


The position is within Financial Content Operations, which supports data across LSEG products and services.


Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:


•            Sourcing, Maintaining and disseminating company’s financial/Corporate event collection in Timely, Accurately and completely manner


•            Meta data exception management and developing expertise in data related issues.


•            Maintaining existing sources and proactively identifying new sources for Events related documents


•            Build up knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets.


•            To follow and adhere to compliance and statutory guidelines while souring the  company’s Events related information.


•            Provide expertise and creativity in developing new methods of working and workflows which focus on cost-effectiveness and resource efficiency


•            Process and maintain data accurately and in a timely manner onto databases using technical and financial knowledge.


•            Communicate & liaise with internal and external stake holders for faster resolution of data queries.


•            Maximize usage of available tools/support to best of advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations.


•            Ensure data quality, accuracy, timeliness and completeness per company standards for the covered product/market.


•            Test new database/application releases where appropriate, providing expert user feedback.


•            Support specific projects, as assigned by manager.


•            Adhere to change control procedures, data operations standards and current data policies and procedures.


•            Responsible for delivering high productivity and quality data.


•            Proactively identify and resolve data problems.


•   Bachelor’s and postgraduation degree in commerce required.


•   Flexibility with 24/5 shifts , Preferably night shift


•   Knowledge on Basic excel , Power BI, SQL, Python and MS office applications.


•   Teamwork and collaboration (Bangalore and Manila teams)


•   Customer experience and customer satisfaction.


Knowledge & Skill :
•Professional roles requiring a Post graduation degree in the field of commerce
• Demonstrates broad knowledge of theories and principles in area of expertise
• Specialist knowledge of technical support or administrative policies and procedures
• Basic role understanding of relevant functions in own area
• Identifies gaps or corrects issues in existing processes; implements moderately complex procedures requiring extended skill
