Consultant, Work DynamicsWork DynamicsWhat this job involves:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESSupport fulfilling clients' needs by defining, analyzing, and leading components of research activities.Conduct and synthesize research from internal and external sources.Contribute to clear and thoughtful recommendations and client deliverables.Participate in internal initiatives focused on thought leadership, including white papers, surveys, and other data dashboards.Becoming a subject matter expert in Workplace analysis (e.g. utilization analysis, space analysis, Power BI or Tableau, etc.)Strong desire to contribute and expand in client wellbeing and ESG initiatives through workplace strategy and change management recommendations.Support the development of client communications and change management plans.Can readily speak to the data collected and processes used, answering client and broker questions.Actively partners with others and seeks out those with complementary skills to their own for advice or to work on initiatives.Travel as necessary for the projects.Sound like you?
