Broadly encompassing the R&R of an Operations Director as in the current ecosystem; not limited to ensuring that the current projects have an agreed comprehensive project execution charter and the teams are adhering to the same and delivering as per contractual commitments; ensuring that our deployment are as per the agreement and project P&L is healthy; preparing Risk Assessment against the agreed scope and ensure the mitigation strategies are discussed with team and client for implementation; being a point of escalation for the client and go-to SME for the respective teams; working along with the DC Sector Head in solutioning new opportunities, improvise SOPs, build capabilities and capacity for the growth of the sector; improving project performance scorecard and NPS; training and mentoring team members.
