We are looking for OpenText Hybrid Cloud Management consultant to join our highly motivated team. We want dynamic people and encourage candidates with a diverse variety of experience and history. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:
Hands-on experience with installing upgrade, configuration, and administration of OpenText Cloud Service Automation (CSA) or Hybrid Cloud Automation (HCMx)
Hands-on experience with creating HCMx service designs, service offerings and fulfillment plans
Hands-on experience with developing OO flow either in studio or web-designer
Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API consumption using OO.
Hands-on experience in any one of scripting - Python, Unix/Linux Shell scripting, PowerShell scripting etc.
Regular administrative activities like basic health checks, maintenance activities of backup, etc.
Regular operational & maintenance activities including maintaining existing integrations.
Demonstration of solutions to customer
Assisting with design, development and implementation of automation workflows using OO to meet specific business requirements.
Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to HCMx environment.
Participate in testing and defect resolving of HCMx service realization.
Creating project artifact documents as per the requirement
Good programming skills and trouble shooting skills.
Demonstrated technical documentation skills - technical documentation, solution design, release notes, user guides, test plans, test results summary document etc.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study
At least 3-6 years OpenText Hybrid Cloud Management (HCMx) implementation
Good knowledge in either of vCenter, AWS or Azure VM provisioning
Basic Networking concepts, DB Concepts and Server OS concepts.
Training end-users
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience in working with other members at remote location (International)
Time flexibility for meetings that may be conducted outside local business hours
Experience in working with Product Support and R&D for product related issues.
