You’ll make a difference by:
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments and market evaluations, focusing on key performance indicators such as profitability, capital efficiency, operational efficiency, financial leverage, and market valuation.
- Prepare and present intricate financial reports and insights that drive strategic decisions, utilizing advanced financial modelling techniques and data interpretation skills.
- Evaluate Siemens' financial health by assessing liquidity position, debt levels, interest coverage ratios, and other critical financial metrics.
- Monitor and report on market trends, shareholder perceptions, and Siemens' valuation relative to competitors.
- Provide quarterly updates and summaries in Excel and PowerPoint formats, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery. This includes creating detailed trend analyses and financial forecasts based on historical and current data.
- Collaborate with various departments, including finance, marketing, and strategy, to support business objectives and ensure alignment with overall corporate goals.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and higher management, highlight key insights and strategic implications.
- Internal and external Stakeholder management.
Your success is grounded in
- You must be a quick learner, CA, MBA in Finance highly preferred, and you bring 3+ years of experience focused on financial analysis and modelling.
- Good knowledge and understanding of Accounting Standards. Finance and Indian GAAP, IFRS, Commercial concepts, Business understanding.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modelling tools.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
- Partnering with the business for the efficient business models and saving opportunities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in market research and evaluations.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different partners.
- Behaves in a mature and appropriate manner and shows good judgment.
