As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will, contribute and review code in multiple application and infrastructure stacks.

Role and Responsibilities

• As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will:
• contribute and review code in multiple application and infrastructure stacks.
• Evangelize and further operational efficiency through automation and development of new tools.
• participate in on-call incident management, from the initial event through root cause analysis
• and postmortems.
• Comfortable contributing to and developing greenfield processes.

Required Skills and Experience

• experience of Minimum 5 years in software or systems engineering, ideally in a public cloud environment, specifically AWS.
• Working knowledge of shell scripting and at least two higher-level languages (e.g., Python, Golang, or Bash)preferably from different paradigms.
• Experience working in an Agile Scrum team.
• Deep experience with DevOps practices and philosophies (e.g., 12-factor apps, 'shift left', Infrastructure-as-Code).
• Comfortable designing and implementing infrastructure and application observability solutions (Datadog, Terrafrom).
• Engineering experience in a highly complex, globally available environment.
• Comfortable contributing to and developing greenfield processes.
• Experience with on-call rotations in an operations-oriented team.
• Experience with site reliability engineering or service management.
• Experience with public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP (we are "multi-cloud and proud").
• Experience with Hashicorp Terraform.
• Experience with Kubernetes & Helm deployments.
• Experience with CI/CD (Git Hub Action-good to have).
