In this position, you will get to: Project Management Control / Planning Support
• To observe strategic planning, analysis of Future Projects and other technical collaboration.
• To support in generating preliminary project plan, site selection, layout, preliminary engineering, detailed engineering and equipment specification.
• To monitor activity at sites, reviewing project schedule, ensuring cost control within budget, planning for cash flow requirements.
• To guarantee a correct actual status reflection of our ongoing projects by assuring timely and correct bookings of specific project related costs
• To assure correct application of the compliance related procedures
• To support the financial analysis of the actual status of our project business
• To support the project forecasting process
• Create project schedules during proposals and execution
• Support the evaluation of the projects based on key performance metrics
• Identify, develop, pursue, and implement operational and work process improvements for the Project Controls department and other areas of our project business.
• Help develop and maintain an overall project controls mind-set by generating relevant reports and planning & control tools Miscellaneous
• To ensure coordination of cross functional team and development of inter-personal team.
• To maintain all Quality Assurance and Quality Control formats and ISO documents for construction activities.
• To maintain A built drawings and other documents for final project handover like all test reports, commissioning reports, material reconciliations.
• To ensure all the documents are duly certified.
• To ensure obtaining completion certificate.
• To collect duly certified Time Sheets from clients where ever applicable.
• Academic background in Engineering Graduate (Mechanical / Electrical)
• Previous experience in or with 2– 4 Years, experience in data management environment
• Team player, good interpersonal and communication skills
• Outspoken interest in working with people from various locations
• Strong Microsoft Excel/Power Pivot/ Power App skills, other Database experience can be a plus
• Good knowledge of English
• ERP system knowledge is a plus
• Willingness to learn how to retrieve and work with data
• Interest in working in an international environment involving occasional travel
• Willing to learn and absorb company specifics of the business It will be an advantage if you have
• SAP Experience and the SAP PS project module knowledge
• Microsoft Project Knowledge
