A mixed-use development which includes a furniture and home store, shopping centre and offices and hotel.

Assists construction delivery team, applies Mace standards to the operation of a specific site, potentially being responsible for part of the build. Assists in the daily control, management and coordination of the construction phase of a project, with strong health, safety, wellbeing, environmental and quality standards.
You’ll be responsible for:
Assists in the daily control, management and coordination of various packages to ensure these are delivered to cost plan, programme and in line with H&S, environmental and quality standards.
Works with colleagues to manage an area, or procure a package of works, from beginning to end. Being financially aware and responsible.
Maintains detailed diary of works planned and actually carried out by trade/sub contractors.
Establishes key relationships with trade/sub contractors.
Contributes to site progress meetings.
Plays an active role in site safety initiatives (site inductions, safety inspections, recording observations).
Understands business management processes and relevant digital platforms.
Provides administrative support attending meetings and keeping notes of meetings.
Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.
You’ll need to have:
Bachelor's degree in civil.
Experience of projects of a similar nature.
