Job Summary:Synechron is seeking an experienced Connex Developer with 7+ years of expertise in HPE Nonstop development. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Connex system architecture, including components like AP, TH, PI, and SDX, and will have hands-on experience with TAL/pTAL, TACL, Guardian, SQL/MX, and Enscribe databases. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust system performance.
Software Requirements:Core Technologies:

Standards and Protocols:
- AS2805 and ISO Standards and message formats
- Knowledge of scheme regulations and procedures for VISA, MasterCard, and EFTPOS
- Experience with MasterCard, VISA, and FINSIM simulators
Overall Responsibilities:- Collaborate with team members to apply design, development, testing, deployment, support, and evaluation principles.
- Develop high-quality software solutions with comprehensive test coverage.
- Contribute to the technical design for system enhancements and new features.
- Participate actively as a member of the software development team with minimal supervision and occasional guidance.
- Provide technical support and assistance to non-technical team members as needed.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Contribute to support and technical troubleshooting activities.
Technical Skills:- Required Skills:
- experience in HPE Nonstop development.
- Strong expertise in Connex and its architecture, including components such as AP, TH, PI, and SDX.
- Proficiency in TAL/pTAL, TACL, Guardian, SQL/MX, Enscribe, and COBOL.
- In-depth knowledge of AS2805 and ISO standards and message formats.
- Familiarity with Visa, MasterCard, and EFTPOS scheme regulations and procedures.
- Experience with MasterCard, VISA, and FINSIM simulators.
Experience:- 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in software development, particularly in Connex and HPE Nonstop environments.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
Day-to-Day Activities:- Collaborate with team members on design and development tasks.
- Write, test, and maintain code for new and existing software applications.
- Engage in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and challenges.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Relevant certifications in HPE Nonstop or related technologies are a plus.
