Job title: Configuration Management Specialist
You are responsible for
For Installed Base Operations of products within CI portfolio that includes
- Building Installed Base records in ServiceNow and maintain in accordance with validated change requests.
- Carry out a regular analysis of data accuracy including providing data for field
audits and absorbing the results of field audits back into the maintenance
process.
- Monitor the automated Installed Base maintenance processes via exception
reports to ensure that changes have been executed completely and accurately.
- Accept, Validate, and process Installed product Change requests.
- Tracking/Distribution of licenses
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders for tracking and distribution of licenses as needed
- Migration of Installed base records from Servicemax to SNOW.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need and the following
IT tools familiarity and work experience in IT Services
Knowledge/experience of tools – Excel, Power point
Knowledge/experience of working in SAP is mandatory
Good communication skills
Exhibits good listening and comprehension
Prepare clear and concise written communications
Good to know ServiceNow and ITIL way of working
Flexibility and adaptability as per the organizational needs
Inquisitiveness to learn new tools and work on them
Experience of working in SAP MBP/MP1 with knowledge to extract, transform and update data as needed (for migration from ServiceMax to ServiceNow)
You're the right fit if:
1. Bachelor’s degree with experience of 5-6 years in IT services.
2. Extensive knowledge on MS-Excel and 2+ years in SAP MP1/MBP
3. Business awareness with exposure/knowledge of Services contracts, SLAs, entitlements is preferred.
4. Healthcare domain experience preferred
4. Knowledge/experience of working on CMDB is preferred
5. Familiarity with audits on Installed Base of any domain is a plus.
