Concierge Security Guard, Office Setting

We are looking for a Part-Time ConciergeSecurity Guard to work at one of our Commercial sites in Winnipeg, MB. As a  concierge security guard in the Office setting, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of Clients for some of the biggest brands out there!

• Maintain a safe and Secure environment
• Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
• Respond to incident for Tenants if required
• Deter criminal activity 
• Engage in visible deterrence through their presence and adhering to security procedures
• Performing  Interior and Exterior Patrol with G-Track at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
• Enforce Property regulations and city Bi- Laws on the client's site.
• Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
• Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches
• Performing environmental checks – water leaks, excessive air flow, unusual noises etc
• Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
• Provide Excellent customer service.

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
• Customer service oriented
• Must be able to work Evenings
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful environment
