Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and driven teammates.
You'll be accountable for the Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Time (QCDT) of Interior parts, ensuring alignment with the Centre of Excellence (CoE) Interiors Extension team BGL commitments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering, Sourcing, Industrial, Bid, Costing, SPQD), coordinate stakeholders, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of ensuring that Design for Quality and Design reviews are applied, managing CoE Interiors activities to meet contract requirements, and overseeing cost achievements. But also, you’ll manage operational quality to improve project execution and ensure timely project and customer approvals of relevant documentation.
We’ll look to you for:
Coordinating various stakeholders to ensure QCDT deliverables
12+years of Experience
NPD and Project management experience
Ensuring compliance with CoE planning milestones and cost targets
Driving planning and managing supplier timelines until IQA GO
Managing interfaces with project teams, site engineering and suppliers
Implementing and updating the CoE Interiors risks mitigation plan
Managing changes requests with the project team and suppliers
Collecting and sharing Return of Experience to improve practices

Experience or understanding of project management in high mix / low volume industries
Knowledge of cross-functional team leadership

Proactive issue anticipation and prioritization skills
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
