As a Customer to Cash Controls Analyst, you are responsible for overseeing and optimizing the customer-to-cash Order management process controls, ensuring proper controls are in place from the point of customer order to the receipt of payment. This role focuses on maintaining financial integrity, reducing risks, and improving efficiency in the order-to-cash process. Their primary goal is to ensure that the company's financial and operational processes are efficient, effective, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards.


About the Role:


  • Analyzing and documenting the end-to-end Controls
  • Identifying, implementing, and maintaining controls to mitigate risks throughout the order lifecycle
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to order accuracy, processing time, and fulfilment rates
  • Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures for order processing and control activities
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the order management process and proposing solutions
  • Implementing and managing order management systems and tools
  • Analyzing order data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
  • Preparing reports on order management performance, control effectiveness, and risk assessments
  • Training staff on proper order management procedures and control protocols
  • Serve as a knowledge expert for EMS and Flash applications
  • Perform user acceptance testing and release testing for each EMS and Flash release
  • Ensure enablement processes are completed within service level agreement timeframes
  • Administer and manage the data import and export needs
  • Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Business Operations and Marketing in assessing and improving the overall data quality for EMS and Flash applications
  • Need to support or involved in projects when requested and participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Work on the projects that are assigned

About You:


  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of relevant experience as per job responsibilities
  • Thorough understanding of MIS-supported Internal Systems
  • Ability to create project and process documentation Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve results
  • Possess strong initiative and ability to self-direct
  • Good analytical & reasoning skills required
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage change smoothly
  • SQL query skills desired
