Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Role overview:
The Compensation & Benefits specialist is responsible for local management of Benefits & Reward programs and policies, salary grading as well as (local) complex compensation and benefits query resolution for APAC region. Overall accountable for service delivery in C&B, ensuring 2nd tier support and strong project execution. The C&B specialist possesses knowledge of the local market regarding compensation & benefits and is aware of its impact on the organization. This person makes recommendations regarding salary grades or market rates for specific jobs and assists in the development of (local) incentive programs and the administration of e.g. merit-cycle programs. The C&B Specialist operates within a global framework and will incorporate local policies where applicable in the APAC region.

MBA from a Reputed Institution with 15-17years of relevant experience
