Become part of our global team as a Compensation and Benefits Lead Asia Pacific and Middle East (APAC&ME).


You will join our global Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team. In this role you will play a key part in crafting and implementing our global Benefits concept with focus and exposure across countries in the ASEAN & Middle East region. This position will provide you the exposure to the Compensation & Benefits portfolio across countries in the Middle East and ASEAN region. 


The role will be focused on benefits topics across the region and will give the incumbent a chance to create & deploy impactful employee benefits programs.


The key responsibility would be to act as a trusted partner and a member of Innomotics Asia Pacific and Middle East P&O leadership team. The Compensation and Benefits Lead Professional APAC and ME brings deep insights, a strategic approach and an independent viewpoint and P&O expertise to business issues.


It would involve consulting and influencing senior leaders to take action on emerging people-related topics.The role holder translates business requirements into human capital imperatives and utilizes the full value chain of P&O to derive relevant P&O solutions to meet the evolving transformation of the Innomotics business. The position plays a key role in orchestrating and facilitating changes to organizational culture, mindset, and structure, with a heavy focus on business transformation and change management focusing on right sizing.


You will work in close cooperation with the partners from the business and Asia Pacific and Middle East P&O team, you will implement the P&O strategy for your international area of responsibility in a needs-oriented manner, derive tailor-made, innovative measures, and be responsible for establishing P&O programs and initiatives in Asia Pacific and Middle East Region.


Reporting Structure


This position will report to APAC&ME P&O Head and functionally to global P&O CB.


Position Overview


The primary responsibility is to develop and implement a comprehensive rewards and compensation strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives while catering to the unique needs of business within APAC&ME meta region.


Key responsibilities:


  • : Implement and deploy a Global compensation strategy based on the regional requirements to attract and retain talent while aligning with the regionalbusiness budget and objectives.
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to ensure the salary and compensation packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards as per the region. Stay current with industry trends and innovations in rewards and compensation to continuously enhance offering.
  • : Responsible for deployment of Variable Plans as per the Global and local framework.
  • : Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, tailoring offerings to the specific business needs as per the region. Design the structure and benefit for Expat and Executive compensation.
  • : Ensure that all compensation and rewards programs across region are compliant with Local relevant laws and regulations.
  • : Effectively create communication strategies (with the Communication team) in line with regional Framework and provide tailored education on rewards strategies to Management , Leaders ,employees, andP&O Team in each region.
  • :Analyse data to measure the effectiveness of incentives/rewards programs/Health Insurance etc within each region, identifying regional specific trends and report the data to Global Compensation team for making data-driven decisions.
  • : Timely updating on CB topics with the APAC&M leadership team, P&O team. Collaborative working with APAC&ME P&O Head and Global CB team.
  • Manage benefits implementation in collaboration with relevant internal/external key stakeholders (region P&O colleagues, payroll/benefits administration team, etc.)
  1. Insurance: Collaborate with global CB team for implementing the policies applicable for the regions. Communicating processes for employee-related insurances and ensure compliance and management of legislative changes as per Local framework.
  1. M&A: Support M&A activities in assigned countries (incl. carve-outs and integration) jointly with relevant stakeholders

Education & Experience:


  • Professional qualification with Postgraduate in Management studies/Equivalent qualification from reputed Institute.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience in compensation and benefit including 2-3 years in leadership role.
  • Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits programs, including market analysis.
  • Exceptional detailed orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to interact effectively with employees and management in identifying and resolving complex issues and conveying ideas.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across hierarchies and departments
  • Good business understanding.
  • Business fluent knowledge of English in spoken and written form desirable.
