Become part of our global team as a Compensation and Benefits Lead Asia Pacific and Middle East (APAC&ME).
You will join our global Compensation & Benefits (C&B) team. In this role you will play a key part in crafting and implementing our global Benefits concept with focus and exposure across countries in the ASEAN & Middle East region. This position will provide you the exposure to the Compensation & Benefits portfolio across countries in the Middle East and ASEAN region.
The role will be focused on benefits topics across the region and will give the incumbent a chance to create & deploy impactful employee benefits programs.
The key responsibility would be to act as a trusted partner and a member of Innomotics Asia Pacific and Middle East P&O leadership team. The Compensation and Benefits Lead Professional APAC and ME brings deep insights, a strategic approach and an independent viewpoint and P&O expertise to business issues.
It would involve consulting and influencing senior leaders to take action on emerging people-related topics.The role holder translates business requirements into human capital imperatives and utilizes the full value chain of P&O to derive relevant P&O solutions to meet the evolving transformation of the Innomotics business. The position plays a key role in orchestrating and facilitating changes to organizational culture, mindset, and structure, with a heavy focus on business transformation and change management focusing on right sizing.
You will work in close cooperation with the partners from the business and Asia Pacific and Middle East P&O team, you will implement the P&O strategy for your international area of responsibility in a needs-oriented manner, derive tailor-made, innovative measures, and be responsible for establishing P&O programs and initiatives in Asia Pacific and Middle East Region.
Reporting Structure
This position will report to APAC&ME P&O Head and functionally to global P&O CB.
