Community Support Specialist - English

Following our global success with Nas.io, we are looking for a Community Support Specialist for all English speaking countries. This person will be instrumental in supporting content creators and ensuring their success on Nas.io. They will ensure our community builders in handling growing and monetizing their communities. In this role you have to be able to communicate issue resolutions, tips and feedback in a clear and concise manner to creators.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Nas.io products and services.
  • Proactively address and manage community concerns, providing insights to enhance user experience
  • Create proper end of shift handover and issues handover finishing the shift and allow for flexibility in support hours as required by the business
  • Effectively manage multiple support channels during assigned shifts; escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
  • Assist in calendar management for community events, ensuring seamless coordination.
  • Support the Engagement team in events booking/moderations for Community Builders sessions.
  • Undertake additional tasks related to business KPIs assigned by immediate leads.


Requirements:


The main requirement of this role is someone who is driven to support the needs of the different creators that rely on us for their community business.


  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Customer Support Representative, CX Specialists or Community Manager. 
  • Fluent in English (ability to speak in Español is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and connect with users.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in community support or related roles is advantageous.
  • Tech-savvy with a quick learning curve, staying updated on Nas.io products and industry trends.
  • Proven experience working in a fast paced startup sales environment

Notes:


  • 40 working hours per week (9 hours per day shift, inclusive of 1 hour break)
  • Expected to cover shifts during weekends or holidays if needed
  • This is an EXTERNAL role
