Commercial Talent Partner - US Market

As a Talent Partner within our Global Talent Acquisition Team, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process across the US market, helping us continuously raise the performance bar. You will build strong relationships with hiring managers, act as a trusted advisor, and drive strategic hiring solutions that ensure we attract and hire the best talent.

• Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions.
• Source and engage top talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and proactive networking.
• Influence hiring decisions using market insights and data, ensuring the best talent is brought into the business.
• Drive a customer-first approach, creating an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
• Champion diversity and skills-based hiring, ensuring an inclusive and innovative recruitment process.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging automation and technology to optimize recruitment strategies.

• Proven experience recruiting across Sales and commercial roles at all levels.
• Strong experience hiring in the US, with the ability to support US time zones.
• Customer-obsessed mindset, ensuring a first-class hiring experience.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, influencing senior leaders with confidence.
• Data-driven recruiter, using insights to shape hiring strategies and decisions.
• Proactive, agile, and solutions-focused, thriving in a dynamic environment.

• Tech-savvy, comfortable using automation and AI to optimize hiring processes.

This role can be performed remotely; however, if you are located near an office, we encourage you to spend time collaborating with the team and hiring managers in person.
