Job Responsibilities / Relative Time Allocation

Data
- Understand data sources, data schemas, build data models
- Maintain data artefacts and keep them up-to-date and high-quality
Dashboards
- Build and maintain dashboards for cross-functional teams
- Ensure visualizations enable people to interpret the insights
- Manage end-to-end dashboard build lifecycle: requirements gathering, wireframe, MVP, development, testing (data validation, UAT), production
Analysis
- Conduct root cause analysis on moderate to complex business problems
- Interrogate data, identify patterns, consult with business stakeholders to understand business problem and to test hypotheses
- Build models to support analysis and insights story
Insights
- Clearly communicate findings and recommendations for stakeholders
- Ensure insights are relevant and actionable and there is closure to the request
- Implement change management based on insights
- Operationalize insights and measure incremental lift
Collaboration
- Collaborate with Global Analytics team to implement data & dashboards changes and share knowledge
- Manage requests from stakeholders, evaluate and prioritize into sprint project queue

- Understand business processes in-depth to drive insights usage downstream
- Use knowledge to holistically address "the real ask behind the request" and effectively communicate with stakeholders, drive common understanding within/across teams

- Represent Analytics perspective in project support / leads workstreams

- Recommend strategies to improve business based on insights

- Produce high quality work which adheres to relevant standards
- Validate own/team's data for accuracy and relevance
- Exercise good judgement to determine/take appropriate action; minimal to no re-work
