In this role, you will be accountable to lead the design and branding efforts crafting exceptional learning experiences dedicated to our CMO - digital Client Experience (dCX) and Customer Experience (CX) transformation programs and initiatives.
Content Development Responsibilities
Design and Development:
- Create visually compelling PowerPoint presentations tailored to stakeholder and leadership needs.
- Design engaging emailers, flyers, and marketing materials adhering to branding guidelines.
- Develop eLearning content, including courseware, videos, and interactive elements, using Articulate 360 and Adobe tools.
- Create job aids and quick reference guides that are easy to use and visually appealing.
Brand and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with organizational branding and visual identity.
- Stay updated on industry trends to bring fresh ideas to designs and maintain relevance.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Change leads, eContent leads, subject matter experts, sponsors, and leaders to gather requirements and deliver impactful designs.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and project planning.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and milestones effectively
Skills and attributes for success
- Graphic Design Tool: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- eLearning Development: Expertise in Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline, Rise) for courseware and video creation.
- Presentation Design: Advanced skills in PowerPoint, including creating dynamic and visually appealing presentations.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey ideas and receive feedback.
- Collaboration: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts and stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to address challenges creatively and propose effective design solutions.
What will make you eligible for this role?
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with certification in multimedia design, graphic design, or related fields is required.
- 5-8 years of experience in relevant field
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience in developing PPTs, design and branding materials, eLearning courses or digital educational content. Demonstrated proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Creativity: A creative mindset with the ability to design innovative and interactive learning solutions
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Team Player: Collaborative and open to feedback, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Rapid Mastery of New Technologies: Demonstrate the ability to master new technologies and subjects (including technical subjects) in short timeframes
- Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing previous designing, branding and eLearning development projects is highly desirable.
