Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Clubhouse Manager to oversee the operations of Vivarea's clubhouse facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high standards of service, and create an engaging environment for residents.


Key Responsibilities:


Oversee daily operations of the clubhouse, including fitness center, swimming pool, and recreational areas


Manage and train clubhouse staff to deliver exceptional customer service


Develop and implement policies and procedures for clubhouse use and maintenance


Plan and coordinate resident events and activities to foster community engagement


Ensure all facilities are well-maintained, clean, and safe for residents


Handle resident inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally


Manage clubhouse budgets, including expenses for maintenance, events, and supplies


Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs


Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations


Maintain accurate records of clubhouse usage, membership, and financials


Collaborate with the property management team to align clubhouse operations with overall property goals


Implement and oversee clubhouse reservation systems


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field


5+ years of experience in clubhouse management, hospitality, or related field


Strong leadership and team management skills


Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills


Proficiency in MS Office and property management software


Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to recreational facilities


Experience in event planning and coordination


Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings


Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills


CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
