About the role
- We are looking for a highly impactful & resourceful TRIRIGA Platform Administrator / Information Systems Engineer Professional to join us and support Technology Solutions Team and help manage its IT Infrastructure, Platform, and Managed Services effectively and efficiently.
- The role is critical and would support Infrastructure Services needs at India and other regions and would involve in supporting Day-to-Day requirements, Server Supports with knowledge in VMware, AWS, Azure Services reporting, information management, risk management, change management & effective knowledge management required from time-to-time.
- TRIRIGA System Administrator role requires active engagement in TRIRIGA Platform systems support activities associated with delivery of customer-defined implementations and resolution of issues. The incumbent will liaison with Infrastructure, Database, Cloud operations, Network Teams to understand the dependences and fix issues as per requirement.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining existing systems by analyzing, designing, and implementing changes to the system baselines so that baseline changes meet customer requirements.
- Perform installation, configuration and troubleshooting of off-the-shelf and custom software applications in JLL cloud as well as customer test and production environments.
- Monitoring system performance and maintain systems to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely.
- Support Infrastructure, Database, Cloud operations, Networks teams in various IT activities involving TRIRIGA systems.
- Providing technical support when requested
- Analyze customer’s challenges and take a primary role in the design, support and implementation of comprehensive solutions that integrate smoothly into customer environments.
- Troubleshoot first and intermediate level support tickets.
- Perform root cause analysis of any recurring problem.
- Customer interaction for ticket status reporting or work directly with client for any ticket resolution.
- SLA support – Ensure that all SLA projects are delivered according to the specification.
- Creation of PMR and Interaction with IBM for any product related issue

Experience & Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Background with 5-8 years of Experience in TRIRIGA Platform / Administration Role, Windows & Linux Server Support and Management
Technical Skills & Competencies
- 5+ years of experience administering Windows and Linux enterprise servers and providing infrastructure support to clients.
- Extensive experience handling enterprise environment set ups, application upgrades and knowledge of Business applications preferably IBM TRIRIGA on IBM WebSphere, IBM WebSphere Liberty, or Oracle WebLogic servers.
- Understanding of web architecture, database administration (Oracle, IBM DB2, or MSSQL), basic networking concepts.
- TRIRIGA Application and Platform Installations & Upgrade
- Installation and configuration of WAS (WebSphere Application Server)
- Practical Knowledge in Unix Scripting & Shell commands, Ansible, Puppet
- Practical & Hands-On experience in Cloud Infrastructure Support and Services –
- AWS

- Red hat
- DevOps
- OpenShift
- Kubernetes
- Containers
- TRIRIGA Admin Console Knowledge & Configurations
- Performance Tuning Methods for WAS & Tririga
- Basic understanding of how to write own SQL.
- Troubleshooting Server-side issues
- Knowledge on SSL/TLS concept and installation of Certificates
- ITLM Process (Change Management)
- Knowledge of Disaster Recovery set ups, SSL, SSO, Firewalls and VPN.
- Familiarity with Cloud Service Management: AWS Cloud Services or Microsoft Azure
- Solid communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills in a multi-user high availability environment.
- Create and maintain technical documentation w.r.t clients, process flow, training etc.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize and deliver results as per SLAs.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to function as a team.
- High flexibility in working hours/days for maintenance activities.
- Tech-savvy and willingness to explore new technologies.
- Willing to work on Automation considering our future path.
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in Documentation
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to describe complex technical scenarios in a concise manner, both verbally and written, and articulating the content depending on the audience
- Flexible and provide support through 24x7 window.
- IT Based Certifications an added advantage
