The Applications Specialist is an essential part of the Clinical Support Team and as our product champion is the “face to the customer”. They will provide training to customers on how to use all of the features of our products so they are comfortable using our device and software. The Application Specialist will have to travel for encompassing of their responsibilities. They are a fundamental contributor to improving the quality of our product by providing feedback to Product Specialist, Sales and establishing the success of installation site for performing critical surgery with the aid of our equipment.

A Day in the Life
Extend after sales support of clinical products like navigation system, and Intraoperative Imaging devices.
Exhibit product expertise during customer support and clinical training.
Provide applications support by simulating a fast paced training to the Hospital.
Coordinate with sales organization in post-sales support of customers.
Organize and deliver training through candidate screening for the hospital
Help service organizations to determine nature of clinical equipment problems.
Coordinate with Service Organization teams and Project Manager for training sessions at customer installation site.
Engage to develop customer training tools and offer relevant input for future products and services.
Communicate customer information and problems as well as opportunities to Technical, Customer and Marketing Support teams.
Install all the relevant Marketing tools for the hospital as shared by the marketing team.
Communicate with customers proactively improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Communicate with customers to resolve problems and enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage proper information of the customer and communicate to Sales .
Resolve delivery of customer service and involve in root cause analysis for problem solving.
Complete utility of the system installed with all the application to be used and if any concern understand the root cause and resolve the same.
Extend support in practicums, professional forums and audio conferences.
Support cases in the OR/OT for the new installation with proper documentation.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Graduate academic qualification with similar role in the present organization.
Prior experience training on medical device equipment use and applications is an asset
Ability to work with the multidisciplinary hospital team
Nice to Have
Expertise in similar product range of Neurosurgery, OT presence for the training and application support.
