Job Responsibilities
•Create Advanced Therapies (AT) clinical marketing material for the entire portfolio relevant for Zone India.
•Work closely with the Modality team of Cardiovascular/Interventional Radiology/Surgery to continually develop clinically relevant knowledge and expertise to ensure a positive customer experience
•Participate and promote internal team integration and networking resulting in a sharing of knowledge and expertise.
•Train the sales and modality teams in clinical overview of new AT applications
•Liaison with AT Headquarters with respect to AT clinical education and presentation material required for Zone India.
•He should be domain expert in addressing customer image quality/dose management/imaging techniques.
•Monitor current market developments and trends and stay customer-oriented understanding and promoting the additional clinical value that can be generated from the AT equipment.
•Prepare clinical arguments for promoting sales of Siemens c-arm systems against competition products
•Support modality in clinical marketing and in customer clinical presentations.
•Manage luminary and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) customers and keep their site in optimum condition. Develop new set of KOLs from time to time to keep pace with emerging technologies and their adaptation. Help KOLs in paper publication involving Siemens Healthineers equipment and technology.
•Manage demo reference sites -Prepare the demo reference sites in all respects and assist in customer demonstrations at these sites as per business requirement.
Experience and Skillset:
1.At least 10-12 years’ clinical experience in fixed system Cath labs both in Cardiology and Interventional Radiology and in Surgery with mobile c-arms
2.Candidate should have a master’s/post graduate diploma/degree in Cardiovascular Technology/Cardiac Laboratory/Neuro Technology from recognized university or academic institute.
3.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
4.Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with cross functional teams
5.Strong organizational skills including establishing and meeting timelines and schedules.
6.Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
7.Result oriented, team-minded and should have good analytical skill.
8.Clinical proficiencies to include Advanced Angiography imaging.
9.Advanced trouble shooting skills; ability to analyze problems and strategize for end resolution.
10.Ability to work as a team player in a fast-paced environment under stressful situations.
