Client Operations_Team Leader

• Request to replace leaver on the USPB Relationship Onboarding team which has seen a 10% increase in total volumes since H2 2023 (avg 9,186 to 10,102 requests per month)
• Out of the India team of 15 processors originally created in June 2023, 4 were internally realigned to support the growing Institutional business, while 2 of the remaining 11 have recently resigned
• Based on a monthly production target of 168 requests per FTE, the expected capacity gap is ~5 FTE globally (60 HC needed, 55 processing HC available) of which a total of 2 are being requested based on expected increases in productivity as the team continues to train up on new product types
• On the automation front RO BOT for ticket allocation went live in June which brought efficiency of 0.2 FT
