Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Client Operations team to partner with the Business.


As part of the team, you will partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Compliance, Legal, and other relevant stakeholders to help design, build and implement appropriate procedures with a view on clarity and end-to-end documentation of processes and controls. The successful candidate will have strong stakeholder management and ability to influence as well as some understanding of controls framework and financial crimes management in Financial Services.  


Job responsibilities


  • Provide expertise in procedure drafting/documentation to EMEA Client Operations teams, including Account Opening, Account Maintenance, KYC, and Support Teams.
  • Engage with key business stakeholders, Legal, Compliance, Control Management, and Business Management on fulfilling responsibilities of the team (as required) for the processes being documented.
  • Manage ad hoc update requests in addition to managing the annual review cycle of procedures.
  • Partner with procedures teams in USPB and Asia for review of global and regional procedures.
  • Ensure that procedures comply with firmwide procedures governance framework.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:


  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Law, Business or related studies
  • Outstanding communication and drafting skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to successfully engage a broad range of individuals across various business segments and key support functions, to achieve goals without direct control over resources
  • Experience with controls framework and financial crime management in complex financial enterprises
  • Experience of managing multiple deliverables to timelines 
  • Proactively informing stakeholders on progress
