In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, improving, and ensuring the efficient management of client-related processes and workflows within the middle office function. You will serve as the key point of contact between clients, the front office, and operational teams, ensuring client requirements are met, operational processes are optimized, and service delivery is of the highest quality. You will play a critical role in optimizing processes, providing technical support, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring the seamless integration of trading, risk management, and operational systems.
