Job Title: Cash & Trade Implementation Analyst

Role Description


Client Implementation is responsible for highly complex client account openings and product set up requests (including new, changing or expanding requirements).


Work includes:


  • Implementing top-tier solutions for corporate clients and financial institutions
  • Delivering seamless product(s)/service(s) setup and streamlined installation processes in compliance with internal and external policies and regulations
  • Monitoring and evaluating product performance and client feedback to generate new product ideas and identify product/service features that need to be changed to meet client needs
  • Liaising with other areas of the bank to implement these changes

Your key responsibilities


  • The Client Implementation Analyst supports the efficient delivery of implementation tasks and will act as a dedicated technical support resource throughout the project, working under the direct supervision of the Principal / Client Implementation Manager(s). 
  • Key tasks include (but not limited to) undertaking system configuration, sharing file format specifications, performing and creating testing, discussing connectivity and security requirements, supporting the resolution of client queries and issues, support the production of requirement documentation and undertaking data analysis when required. 
  • The Client Implementation Analyst participates in regular implementation calls and specific technology calls (with Technology) if required during the implementation.

Task Details


  • Liaise and work with onshore implementation and service team on all documentation that covers new/sub-account opening, account closure, account mandate updates, account amendments, as well as setup on Cash/Trade Products.
  • Manage implementation, maintenance related documentation requirements including signature verification, digitized document archival.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of required document package to onshore requestor with quality
  • Work closely with implementation and product management on procedures/workflow concerning product documentation
  • Coordinate with internal parties to ensure all related setups are in place.
  • Distribute documents to other DB branches/department if needed
  • Escalate issues with respective L2 support teams
  • Be able to provide Bank letters based on template and procedure defined
  • Tasks being performed by the team to be documented and up-to-dated using tools
  • Manage each cases using internal case management tool 

Your skills and experience


The person required for the above position should have the following profile:


  • 1-3 years of experience in Cash Management/Trade Finance Implementation
  • Experience in IT systems administration/Networking will be an advantage
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills
  • Analytical capabilities and logical thinking
  • Strong team player: be part of a global/regional team, communicating, managing and cooperating closely on a local/regional/global level
  • Education: University degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Language skills: fluency in English
