We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist


In this role, you will:


  • Assures delivery through the entire life-cycle of the project of user requirements through to live
  • Capturing, analysing and documenting of business process (including IT processes)
  • Designing of solutions or change interventions
  • Managing change activities which can include diverse tasks such as timeline planning to stakeholder engagement
  • Coordinate with business and respective teams for Product Backlog initiatives / refinements. Support the Product Owner to evolve Product roadmap, creation of epics and writing of user stories
  • Devising change interventions such as training and communication
  • Managing the tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting
  • Implementing solutions,Managing support staff, ensuring resources are utilised effectively and resource supply meets demand
  • Supports the Product Owner to evolve Product roadmap, creation of epics and writing of user stories and managing the product backlog
  • Coordinate with Business / Leads and equivalent senior stakeholders on asks / expectations/prioritizations.
  • Handle multiple deliverables and help meet deadlines.Work efficiently and productively with minimal / no guidance.
  • Prepare informative and crisp PPTs, data-pivots for senior management
  • Managing the capture, analysis, and documentation of business/IT process. Prepare reference guides, on needs to basis. Tracking and documenting progress and managing status reporting
