Bosch Automotive Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (RBAI) is a 100% subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH . Established in 2009, in Naganathapura - Bengaluru, RBAI is primarily focused in manufacturing electronic products for the automotive sector. RBAI has consistently added an average of one product every year resulting in a wide range of products comprising – Engine Control Units (ECU) for both 4W and 2W, Body Control Modules (BCM), ECUs for ABS, DC-DC Converters, iTraMS (Intelligent communication control unit) to name a few. Key responsibilities:
Perform circuit tests to ensure the functionality and quality of DA-3 manufacturing.
Analyze test results and identify potential issues in the circuitry.
Document and report on circuit performance and faults.
Regularly calibrate and maintain testing equipment.
Assist production teams with troubleshooting during assembly and production.
Review and update testing protocols and procedures.
Generate monthly reports on circuit analysis results for quality audits.
Participate in regular meetings to discuss production issues, improvements, and solutions.
Handle urgent troubleshooting during product recalls or failures.
Provide support for new product designs or prototypes by conducting early-stage analysis.
Collaborate with engineers on special circuit design reviews or updates.
Key Deliverables:
Maintain a high standard of accuracy in circuit testing and analysis.
Ensure that all products meet the quality requirements set by the company and industry standards.
Minimize production downtime caused by circuit issues.
Provide clear and actionable reports that assist in improving product quality.
Diploma in Electronics Communication/ Electrical and Electronics.
1-2 years of experience in circuit analysis or electronic testing within a manufacturing environment
