Salary Range: ₹15-25 LPA Role Overview:We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to
spearhead marketing, branding, and business expansion initiatives for a leading retail
jewellery showroom headquartered in Surat, Gujarat. This role encompasses building a
globally trusted brand, expanding online and offline sales channels, driving customer
engagement, and outpacing competitors through innovative strategies. The CMO will
also be responsible for identifying retail and airport outlet opportunities, managing
exhibitions, and driving online retail growth through the promotion of small-ticket
jewellery items.This is a key leadership role that demands creativity, analytical rigor, and a deep
understanding of the luxury and jewellery industry.Key Responsibilities:1. Marketing Strategy & Competitor AnalysisDevelop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the
company’s vision and growth targets.Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and
competitor strategies to ensure the brand remains ahead in the market.Analyse competitors’ marketing initiatives, pricing strategies, and positioning to
identify opportunities and counter-strategies.2. Brand Development & PositioningEstablish the jewellery brand as a trusted name across India and globally,
emphasizing quality, craftsmanship, and heritage.Craft impactful storytelling campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences,
fostering trust and brand loyalty.Ensure consistent and premium messaging across all communication channels,
including retail, digital, and media platforms.3. Online Retail GrowthDrive the growth of online retail sales by promoting small-ticket jewellery items
through digital marketing and e-commerce platforms.Optimize the online shopping experience to cater to a broader customer base,
including first-time buyers and younger demographics.Launch creative campaigns to increase website traffic, enhance customer
conversion rates, and improve retention.4. Business Expansion & Retail DevelopmentIdentify prime locations for new retail outlets, including high-visibility areas such
as airports, to enhance customer accessibility.Oversee the planning, design, and execution of new store openings to reflect
the brand’s premium positioning.Identify opportunities for pop-up stores, collaborations, and temporary
exhibitions to expand customer reach.5. Exhibitions & Event ManagementStrategize and lead participation in national and international exhibitions,
showcasing exclusive collections and driving brand visibility.Coordinate with internal teams to create memorable and visually compelling
exhibits that attract customers.6. Celebrity & Influencer ManagementIdentify and partner with brand ambassadors, influencers, and celebrities who
align with the brand’s values and target audience.Manage high-profile collaborations and campaigns that amplify the brand’s
presence across platforms.7. Digital Marketing & Omni-Channel IntegrationLead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, and
performance marketing, to boost online visibility and sales.Ensure seamless integration between offline and online channels to provide a
cohesive customer experience.8. Customer Engagement & Loyalty ProgramsDesign and implement customer loyalty programs, personalized marketing
campaigns, and exclusive events to build long-term relationships with clients.Leverage data analytics to understand customer behaviour and refine strategies
accordingly.9. Financial Management & ROI TrackingManage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources for
maximum impact.Monitor the ROI of campaigns, retail expansion projects, and online sales
initiatives to ensure financial efficiency and sustained growth.Key Qualifications:MBA in Marketing or a related field from a reputed institute.15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadershiprole in luxury retail, jewellery, or related industries.Proven track record in driving online retail sales, launching successful digitalcampaigns, and managing e-commerce platforms.Expertise in brand building, business expansion, and multi-channel marketingstrategies.Strong understanding of luxury consumer behaviour, especially in the jewellerysector.Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills.Desired Skills and Attributes:Visionary thinker with a passion for building globally trusted brands.Ability to manage high-profile collaborations and partnerships with brandambassadors and influencers.Expertise in market research, competitor analysis, and data-driven decision-making.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques, with a focus on e-commerce growth.Experience in managing large-scale exhibitions and launching new retail outlets.What We Offer:A leadership role with the opportunity to build a globally recognized jewellery
