Job Title: Chartered Accountant

Location: Kerala

Experience: 3 to 5 Years

• Oversee financial reporting and budgeting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports.
  
• Develop and implement internal financial controls and procedures.
  
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and manage tax filings and audits.
  
• Provide guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization.
  
• Collaborate with management for strategic planning and decision-making based on financial data.
  
• Conduct risk management assessments and propose risk mitigation strategies.
  
• Monitor cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
  
• Supervise and mentor junior accountants or finance team members.
  
• Liaise with external auditors, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  
• MBA qualification is an added advantage.
  
• Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is mandatory.
  

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and compliance requirements.
  
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration.
