As a Channel Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving marketing activities with our channel partners aligned with the business goals of the Honeywell Sensing Solutions (HSS) Business. In this role, you will support the channel partner programs for your region (APACI excluding CN, JP and KR) and will develop a deep understanding of our channel partners, our solutions, and the route to market. You will work closely with our sales team, particularly the regional channel business manager, to maximize business impact. Your primary responsibility in this role is to drive demand and revenue growth for our solutions through the channel.


In addition, this role will support some customer marketing activities such as trade shows and wider marketing campaigns in the region, and will matrix report to the Customer Marketing Director for that purpose.


Key Responsibilities


· Oversee the regional Channel marketing strategy, channel communications, programs and MDF (Marketing Development Funds)


· Collaborate closely with channel partners, building relationships and supporting the sales team to drive aligned strategies and achieve pipeline goals


· Manage MDF budget including SEO/SEM, return on investment analysis, and recommendations for optimization


· Create content to support channel marketing activities, manage new product launches to channel, organize and host channel marketing calls/webinars


· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product management, to understand customer needs and develop targeted marketing campaigns


YOU MUST HAVE


· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

· Experience in a similar role in an industrial B2B environment


· Experience in creating digital marketing campaigns and Account Based Marketing


· Experience in organizing events such as tradeshows, conferences etc


· Ability to drive strategic initiatives and tactical execution in a fast-paced environment that pivots frequently


· Comprehensive understanding of lead generation standard methodologies and industry trends


· Ability to leverage data to drive business decisions


· Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, especially Salesforce


· Ability to work independently and in a team environment


· Effective time management and organizational skills


· Strong attention to detail and accuracy


· Excellent organizational, written and communication skills
