We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist


  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive change management plan outlining the process for requesting, reviewing, approving, and implementing changes to IT systems and services.
  • Evaluate the potential impact of proposed changes on existing systems, processes, and users to identify risks and dependencies.
  • Assess risks associated with changes and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruption to operations and ensure the stability of IT services.
  • Review change requests and ensure they comply with established policies and procedures before seeking approval from the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with various teams, including IT operations, development, and business units, to ensure that changes are scheduled and executed effectively. Communicate planned changes, risks, and mitigation strategies to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner
  • Provide training and support to users and IT staff to ensure they understand the implications of changes and are equipped to adapt to new systems or processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of change requests, approvals, implementation details, and post-implementation reviews. Generate reports to track the progress of changes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Regularly review the change management process and identify opportunities to streamline procedures, enhance efficiency, and improve the overall effectiveness of change management practices.
  • Maintain library of change templates to ensure consistent implementation of changes.
