Job Title : Change Manager
Division : Weir Minerals
Location : Bangalore, India
Onsite/Hybrid/Remote/Shift : Onsite/Hybrid



Purpose of Role: Weir Minerals division has embarked on a transformation journey under “Engineering Efficiency” program. This program is aimed at improving End-to-End Original Equipment sales, enable consistent configuration of Weir products, improve the CTO (Configure-To-Order) offerings to 80% and build COEs around all of the core services. This role is to lead the organizational change related to this and drive it across the globe

Key Responsibilities: (What are the top 4 focus areas of the job, Safety First is required)
· Apply a Structured Methodology: Lead change management activities by leveraging a change management methodology, process, and tools to create a strategy that supports the adoption of changes required by a project or initiative.
· Support Communication Efforts: Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
· Assess Change Impact: Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
· Support Training Efforts: Facilitate training initiatives to ensure successful implementation of changes.
· Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Incumbent should be able to :
•    Identify, plan, drive, train and report KPIs of change management activities required for all of the engineering efficiency initiatives
•    Conduct change management assessments, prepare risk mitigation tactics, and manage resistance.
•    Consult and coach project teams, managers, and supervisors.
•    Develop core and extend change management plans.
•    Support and engage senior leaders.
•    Assist in organizational design and role definition.
•    Coordinate with specialists and integrate change management into project plans.
•    Evaluate user readiness, manage stakeholders, and track issues.
•    Define and measure success metrics, monitor progress.
•    Support organizational change and manage the change portfolio.
•    Collaborate with global teams and travel as needed.
Key Accountabilities: 
•    Driving common processes, tools and methodologies across regions
•    Successful adoption of the CPQ tool by BUs across regions


Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: 
Education 


•    Change management certification or designation desired
•    Degree in Mechanical or related discipline with at least 18 years of related experience is preferred


Experience


•    Proven track record in handling large enterprise transformation programs and engineering efficiency programs. Exposure to product companies, engineering domains, and digital technologies is essential.
•    Change Management Expertise: Solid understanding of how individuals experience change and the change process. Familiarity with change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
•    Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to diverse audiences. Excellent active listening skills.
•    Relationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, influence others, and drive towards a common vision or goal.
•    Adaptability: Flexible and adaptable, capable of working effectively in ambiguous situations. Resilient and tenacious with a strong propensity to persevere.
•    Strategic Thinking: Forward-looking with a holistic approach. Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.
•    Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and root-cause identification skills. Able to work effectively at all levels of an organization.
•    Team Collaboration: Must be a team player, able to work collaboratively with and through others.
•    Business Acumen: Acute business acumen with a deep understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
•    Project Management: Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle. Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.
•    Analytical Skills: Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas.
