Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead IPO process and secure fundraising through strong bank relationships.
• Lead the Accounts team at HO and the Factories who will functionally report to CFO.
• Develop financial strategies, forecasts, and budgets to align with business goals, identifying cost-saving and growth opportunities.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance, including preparation of financial statements and collaboration with auditors.
• Pursue funding opportunities, including grants, and manage compliance with external funding sources.
• Oversee investment strategies to ensure long-term financial stability.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing internal controls to protect assets.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• CA (Chartered Accountant) Qualification is required.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Experience in Edible oil’s industry is strongly preferred.
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
