Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations and ensure compliance.
Handle enrollments, admissions, and parent inquiries.
Develop and implement curriculum and activities.
Supervise and train staff, create schedules.
Maintain positive parent and community relationships.
Manage budgets and financial reporting.
Ensure facility safety and cleanliness.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Passion for early childhood education.
