The role involves lead generation, follow-ups, and closing sales while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage potential clients interested in career services such as resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and job search assistance.
  • Conduct consultative sales calls to understand clients' career needs and recommend suitable services.
  • Follow up on leads from job portals, inquiries, and past clients to convert them into sales.
  • Maintain a database of potential customers and keep track of all interactions using CRM tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with job seekers, ensuring they receive the right career guidance.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall business growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to generate more leads and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide insights on customer behavior and suggest strategies to enhance sales performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide the best solutions to clients.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in career services, recruitment, or HR consultancy.
Skills Required
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
